Nate is a people-focused technical leader with over a decade of experience building and growing multidisciplinary teams. He has demonstrated success in building coalitions across teams, companies, and markets to deliver results in the smart buildings and industrial internet of things spaces and has over a decade of experience in software/hardware codesign.

Nate employs a unique perspective on the built environment having designed, owned, manufactured, and consulted on control systems. He is a voting member of ASHRAE SSPC 135 (“BACnet”), represents the United States as a Technical Expert in ISO/TC 205, WG 3, and has contributed to multiple organizations including ASHRAE, ISO, and the IETF.
